This summer I had the brilliant experience of living and learning in New York City. For eight weeks, I took about eighteen hours of dance at the world-renowned Broadway Dance Center. Each class was an opportunity to learn from the best in the business! In addition, BDC is located right by Time Square, this meant I could spend my free time attending Broadway shows. I was lucky enough to see Mean Girls, Frozen, The Prom, Be More Chill, Beetlejuice and The Lion King! Being surrounded by so much passion and love for the performing arts was inspiring and motivating.
