50th Anniversary Gathering of Vietnam War Performer

Through some Cincinnati connections I was invited to perform as a backup vocalist and dancer at a 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War gathering which was meant to celebrate the US veterans who fought in that war. It was a cool event hosted at the Cintas Center at Xavier University. There was a Bob Hope impersonator, a famous local band, and a former NFL quarterback/Vietnam Veteran involved in the event. My part was to be an "Andrew's Sisters" type group. We sang "Proud Mary" and "RESPECT". We also guided the whole crowd in singing the Armed Forces Medley and provided vocals for "Proud to be an American" later on in the show. Please ignore the lipstick on my teeth in that photo. My friend pointed it out to me shortly after I took this so I did not go on stage looking like that! Thank goodness.
